Windows 8 Developer Workshop – Quick Start and Game Development
With the announcement of Windows 8 General Availability in late October of this year there is no better time to launch your app or game on Windows 8 and make it available on the store!
As part of the lead up to the launch we are running a Windows 8 Workshop to help you get connected with the local MS team as well as the local Windows 8 developer community.
Join us at the workshop and learn how to get started, see some of the local games in progress and find out the process to get your app on the store.
What’s a Windows 8 Workshop? Windows Workshops are free, fun, no-fluff events for developers, by developers. You learn from experts in a low-key, interactive way and then you’ll get to apply what you’ve learned.
The workshops are designed to be short as most of the actual development will take place in your own time, this is a great opportunity to network with others, meet your local MS reps and also kick start your Windows 8 development.
What am I going to learn?
