Steven Sinofsky, Microsoft’s president of the Windows and Windows Live Division, has just announced at Microsoft’s annual sales meeting that customers will be able to get Windows 8 starting 26th October 2012, just in time for Christmas 🙂
It will be available on PC hardware and also software upgrades. This new operating system, used in most of the world’s computer systems will be adapted to the tablets, including the Microsoft Surface.
