According to Adecco’s 2012 Salary Report for Singapore, the IT sector has continually been one of Singapore’s strongest sectors, and salaries for people in this industry increased at the end of 2011 and into 2012.

Strong demand for IT talent in the banking, high-tech and manufacturing sectors has continued, particularly in the specialised roles of IT Security, Cloud Computing and Mobile Application Development. The report also notes that IT roles in the Oil & Gas sector continued to increase.
